Perform general maintenance and repair to facility and equipment including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and mechanical equipment repair;
Inspect and maintain emergency power equipment and fire alarm systems;
Inspect and maintain lighting, plumbing fixtures, and furnishings;
Serve as back-up for call person in case of emergency and respond promptly;
Follow preventive maintenance schedules and complete required reports
