Facilities Maintenance Technician - Easton Town Center
We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance tasks and service calls, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, lighting, and groundskeeping. The ideal candidate is hard-working, eager to learn, and looking for a long-term commitment.
Responsibilities- Perform preventive maintenance and service calls for facilities.
- Handle electrical tasks such as security systems, alarm systems, and lighting.
- Conduct plumbing tasks including sinks, drains, faucets, toilets, and urinals.
- Perform groundskeeping duties like trash and landscape pick-up and snow removal.
- Engage in light carpentry work including doors and locks.
- Participate in project-based work, including setting up and tearing down Christmas decorations.
- 1-2+ years of facilities maintenance experience in commercial, industrial, or hotel settings.
- Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and groundskeeping.
- Ability to perform light carpentry tasks.
Skills & Qualifications
- HVAC knowledge is beneficial, though not required.
- 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance.
- Valid driver's license with insurable MVR.
- Reliable vehicle.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
