Hardscape Foreman: Lead Crews & Quality Installations

Hedge Landscape LLC is currently looking to fill the following full‑time positions:

• Foreman – Hardscape
• Foreman – Landscape Maintenance
• Foreman – Mowing Crew Leader/Driver
• Crew Members – Hardscape, Mowing and Landscape Maintenance

• Oversee the work of 2 to 4 member crews to ensure proper, efficient and timely completion of installation projects while maintaining high standards of quality, workmanship, and professionalism.
• Read plans, complete layout, understand and adhere to budgets, and possess knowledge of a wide variety of construction equipment.
• Maintain a high level of detail orientation.

• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• At least 3 years of field experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Lead 2–4 crew members in commercial maintenance/mowing properties.
• Perform spring cleanup, edging, mulching, pruning, flower installation, and overall landscape maintenance.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and minor field repairs as needed.
• Maintain strong working relationships with customers.

• Minimum one year of experience in commercial/residential mowing.
• Attention to detail.
• Understanding of equipment maintenance and minor field repairs.

• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, bed weeding, fall clean‑ups.
• Assist the Foreman with hardscape installations as required.

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Assist in installation, mowing and maintenance tasks as directed by Foremen.
• Maintain equipment and tools in proper condition.

• At least one year of relevant field experience.
• Good attitude and basic knowledge of landscaping tasks.
