Take the next step in your painting career as a Crew Lead. You'll manage a team of 2-4 painters on residential projects, ensuring quality work and customer satisfaction.
As Crew Lead, you'll be responsible for on-site project management, training and mentoring team members, maintaining quality standards, communicating with customers, and ensuring projects are completed safely and on schedule.
- 3+ years of professional painting experience
- 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and project specs
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
