About the Role

Capital Door Solutions, a DH Pace Company, Inc., in Columbus, Ohio, seeks an Experienced Entry Door Technician. Entry Door Technicians will be responsible for providing safe and accurate installation/service/repair of doors and hardware, industry‑leading customer service, and a commitment to quality workmanship in a team‑based environment.

$2,500 with verifiable industry experience in entry door systems.

• Install and/or repair a wide range of entry doors and door hardware
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services
• Track and maintain job‑related paperwork and submit it in a timely manner
• Operate in a safety‑conscious manner at all times while performing job duties

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Able to safely lift 100 pounds over your head
• Entry door experience is required for this role
• Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record
• AAADM certification is a plus

Successful completion of employment verifications, background check, drug screen, and driving record (if applicable) is required in advance of hire.

$53,937 USD - $80,905 USD. Actual compensation will depend on qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position may be eligible for an annual performance bonus.
