The Electrician is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable installation of electrical systems and devices. Typical projects include lighting retrofits and lighting control installations. This role will also expand to support electrical service work, warranty repairs, EV charging installations, and Building Automation System(BAS) controls. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to grow with a company that is expanding its services and footprint throughout the Midwest.
Job Duties- Troubleshoot electrical issues for any projects needed.
- Diagnose electrical issues (looseneutrals, tracing circuits, switching controls, etc.)
- Review and look over electrical plans/drawings
- Ensure crew(s) install equipment correctly and up to electrical code standards
- Determine if product is suitable for intended applications
- Serve as Service Department lead for new and existing customer service requests
- Schedule and conduct site visits to provide estimates and quotes
- Complete service calls and rotate for emergency work
- Program control systems
- Perform EV Charging installs
- EV Charging commissioning
- Lead a team of technicians if needed
- Additional duties as needed
Skills and Abilities
- Valid State Issued Driver’s License
- Experience working in electrical environment
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Must be able to work flexible schedule
- Continued education

- $250 paid upon hire
- $750 paid after the employee successfully completes 90 days of employment
- Total Referral Bonus: $1,000
- Pay: $30-$55/hr, based on experience
