Primekey is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Columbus area. You will handle work orders, repairs, and preventive maintenance to keep residents comfortable and buildings safe.
Candidates should have at least 6 months of residential property maintenance experience and be able to perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs. A valid driver’s license and background check are required.
