- Partner with project managers, clients, and field teams to deliver projects on time and to spec.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including installation reports and project updates.
- Uphold safety standards and represent the company with professionalism at all customer sites.

- Hands-on experience installing and supporting POS systems, networking equipment, and PC hardware.

- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
- Proven troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently in the field.
- Experience working in commercial or industrial environments.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, BICSI, or manufacturer-specific credentials.
- Experience with large-scale rollouts (retail, restaurant, distribution centers).
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and networking protocols.
- Low Voltage or Electrical licensing.
- Approximately 85% travel across the U.S. with frequent overnight stays.
- Opportunity to work on varied, high-visibility projects nationwide.
- Occasional weekend work based on project timelines.
- Physical requirements include lifting up to 75 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in active job sites; operation of scissor lifts and man lifts may be required, with safety prioritization.
