Job Role s And Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC/R systems.
Perform routine inspections of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment.
Diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs or component replacements.
Service boilers, air conditioning units, and refrigeration systems.
Troubleshoot HVAC system performance and recommend appropriate solutions.
Ensure all work complies with applicable safety regulations and industry standards.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, repairs, and service activities.
Collaborate with team members to develop efficient HVAC solutions.
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule as required.
Operate company vehicles to travel to job sites safely and responsibly.
Qualifications And CertificationsProven experience installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC/R systems.
Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
