We’re currently hiring a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. If you’re a hands-on problem-solver who values customer service and enjoys working in a collaborative environment—this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities- Travel daily to customer locations across Indiana and neighboring states
- Perform commercial service work including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
- Handle general plumbing and mechanical work in retail and commercial environments
- Prioritize daily service calls and manage time effectively while working independently
- Communicate clearly and courteously with clients and internal teams
- Ensure all documentation and service reports are completed and submitted daily
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (details discussed during interview)
- Support the success of the entire team by living out our core values
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a related field (plumbing, HVAC, general commercial repair)
- Strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset
