* Application Martin Painting & Coating is hiring motivated Commercial & Industrial Painters who take pride in quality workmanship, value safety, and want to build a long-term career with an employee-owned company.### What You'll Do
* Prepare, clean, and maintain surfaces for painting and coating.
* Apply coatings using brush, roller, and spray equipment.
* Perform commercial and industrial painting on a variety of surfaces.
* Safely work from ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts.
* Follow all company safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and respirators.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.### What We're Looking For
* Reliable transportation.
* Commercial or industrial painting experience preferred.
* Must be clean-shaven to safely wear a respirator when required.
* Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work well as part of a team.
