Love variety? This floating role supports Woodlands (251 units) and Annhurst Apartments. If you're a skilled maintenance professional who enjoys solving problems, delivering excellent service, and working with a supportive team, we'd love to meet you.
What We Offer- Competitive pay of $18.00–$21.00 per hour

- Apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry
- EPA/HVAC certification is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different communities
- Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering excellence
