This role is ideal for an experienced professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates clearly with customers, and prefers doing the job right rather than rushing through volume work.
We perform residential and light commercial plumbing services, including repairs, replacements, installations, and diagnostics. Our focus is straightforward: consistent work, professional standards, and a company that values skilled tradespeople.
What You’ll Be Doing- Perform residential and light commercial plumbing repairs and installations
- Diagnose plumbing issues efficiently and accurately
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and property managers about findings and solutions
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
- Follow local plumbing codes and company standards
- Represent the company professionally in the field
- Active plumbing license (Ohio or ability to transfer)
- Solid experience in residential plumbing; light commercial experience is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Good communication and customer-facing professionalism
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Competitive pay based on experience ($60k–$95k range)
