Conducts general maintenance of resident units and common areas including carpentry, painting and other general repairs;
Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, exterior structural and appliance issues; obtain bids for third-party contractors when necessary;
Performs and arranges scheduled preventative maintenance and cleaning; maintains logs and records;
Maintains security systems, fire alarms, and door locks; participates in on-call duties;
Cleans and maintains grounds and common areas; coordinates with residents and vendors as needed
