Operate and monitor the site utility plant systems and perform repairs as necessary;
Conduct preventive maintenance on boilers, water testing, heat exchangers, RO & soft water systems, and related equipment;
Maintain logs, document repairs, and communicate status to management;
Work across trades to provide support and respond to equipment failures;
Possibly work overtime and/or flex schedule to meet business needs
