At most construction companies, moving up into leadership depends on who you know, luck, or taking on extra stress without compensation. LMG is building something different. We created the LMG Foreman Career & Pay System-a clear, objective pathway that evaluates and rewards you based on your leadership, jobsite planning, quality control, safety, and crew results. You will always know where you stand, what skills you need to develop, and exactly what it takes to reach the next pay tier.

What You Can Earn $25–$32 per hour, plus overtime and quarterly bonuses

What Makes This Opportunity Different?

A great laborer does great work. A great Foreman helps the entire crew do great work.

At LMG, the Foreman role is a distinct leadership path with clear expectations. You are responsible for:

The Plan:
Setting daily production goals, organizing tools/materials, and running the schedule.

The Crew:
Assigning tasks, giving clear instructions, keeping people working efficiently, and developing less-experienced laborers.

The Quality:
Catching errors early, avoiding preventable rework, and protecting customer property.

The Communication:
Keeping Project Managers informed, completing daily logs/photos, and handling field interactions with customers professionally.

If you prove your ability to run successful jobs, your career path continues toward Project Manager and Company Leadership.

Who We Are Looking For You may be a strong fit if you:

Have a valid driver's license and can safely drive and back up a truck and trailer

Possess strong outdoor construction experience (hardscaping, concrete, carpentry, excavation, or general construction)
Can read plans, measurements, and project details

Lead by setting a positive example, holding crew members accountable, and treating people with respect

Identify problems early and communicate with Project Managers before delays or mistakes happen

Safely operate equipment (skid steers, track loaders, mini-excavators)
Take full ownership of your crew's daily output and jobsite safety

This Probably Is Not for You If...You blame the crew or external factors instead of taking responsibility for jobsite results

You rush through work, leaving mistakes or poor quality for someone else to fixYou struggle to arrive on time, keep daily records, or complete basic field paperwork/photos

You struggle with open communication or hesitate to ask for help before making costly errors

You expect top-level Foreman pay without proving you can run a job without constant supervision
