Are you a skilled apartment maintenance professional with a strong background in make ready and maintenance work? We're searching for a reliable, hands-on technician to join our luxury communities in Downtown Columbus and Grandview Heights.

Please note:

To be considered, you must have at least 2 years of experience as a Make Ready Technician AND at least 1 year as a Maintenance Technician in multifamily, hospitality, or similar settings. Applicants without this minimum experience will not be considered.

What You'll Do:

• Troubleshoot and resolve service requests in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance.
• Prepare apartments for new residents (make ready turns) to luxury standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance and regular inspections.
• Maintain common areas and amenities to the highest standards.
• Accurately document work using a mobile work order system.
• Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and your team.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.

Who We're Looking For:

• Required:
  
  2+ years as a Make Ready Technician (apartment turns, property prep, etc.).
• Required:
  
  1+ year as a Maintenance Technician (service requests, repairs, troubleshooting).
• Experience in multifamily, hospitality, or facilities maintenance strongly preferred.
• Confident working independently in occupied apartment homes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills—you solve problems, not just swap parts.
• Professional, dependable, and ready for a long-term opportunity.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
