Your Role

The Service Technician diagnoses and repairs HVAC issues, installs new systems, and provides exceptional customer service. You will work with furnaces, air conditioning systems, IAQ, water heaters, and water filtration equipment. You will be supported by a team that values talent, initiative and thoughtful problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and related issues.
• Install and replace HVAC systems and equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality workmanship and kunden-focused service.
• Maintain attention to detail and follow safety and quality standards.

• Salary plus commission with expected earnings around $150k; range $50,000 to $200,000+ per year
