Brewery Maintenance Technician

Anheuser-Busch is seeking a Brewery Maintenance Technician to keep our high-speed brewing and packaging lines running safely and reliably. In this on-site role at our manufacturing facility, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and packaging equipment that supports production of our iconic brands. You'll perform preventive and predictive maintenance, support new equipment installations, and partner closely with operators and engineers to reduce downtime and improve line performance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair brewery production and packaging equipment to minimize downtime
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Inspect, calibrate, and adjust equipment to meet safety, quality, and production standards
• Respond to equipment breakdowns, diagnose root causes, and implement effective solutions
• Collaborate with operators, engineers, and supervisors to improve line reliability and efficiency
• Document maintenance activities, parts usage, and work orders in a CMMS system
• Support installation, testing, and startup of new machinery and process improvements
• Follow all safety procedures and support a strong safety culture across the brewery
