National Church Residences in Columbus, OH seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician II specializing in drywall to support our PSH portfolio. This hands-on role handles advanced drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and multi-trade repairs to ensure rapid unit turns.
You will troubleshoot building systems, perform preventive maintenance, and maintain accurate maintenance records. A high school diploma or GED is required, 5+ years in residential maintenance, and a valid driver's license.
