Responsibilities
- Operate cranes to lift, move and place materials safely on construction sites
- Interpret load charts and follow lift plans in coordination with site supervision
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance of crane
- Coordinate with riggers and signal persons using radio and hand signals
- Strictly follow OSHA, company, and site-specific safety procedures
- Document inspections, incidents, and maintenance per company standards
- Collaborate with skilled labor teams to support project schedules and quality
