The Gardens Columbus at 3701 Governors Club Blvd is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical work, and equipment maintenance across residential units, while delivering outstanding resident service.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in commercial or multi‑unit property maintenance, a HS diploma or GED, and relevant certifications. Weekend work may be required; bilingual skills are a plus.
