Execute precise welding and mechanical assembly tasks to ensure the structural integrity of industrial systems.
Install and align heavy machinery and HVAC equipment in strict accordance with technical blueprints.
Maintain a 100% safety-first mindset by utilizing provided PPE and following rigorous site protocols.
Collaborate with field operations teams to complete complex projects within scheduled timelines.
Troubleshoot mechanical discrepancies on-site to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
Document daily progress and equipment status to maintain high levels of project transparency.
Adapt to diverse skill requirements across various industrial sectors to support steady workflow.
Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in millwrighting or industrial welding.
Proven motivation and a strong, safety-minded approach to industrial field work.
Demonstrated detail orientation and the ability to follow complex technical instructions.
Absolute willingness to learn new mechanical systems and advanced welding techniques.
Ability to travel to various project assignments (approximately 10% of working hours).
Physical capability to perform heavy mechanical labor in an industrial environment.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights, ladders, lifts, and on roofs.
Completion of a formal Trade Program or Technical Certification.
Active Welder Certification in relevant processes (MIG, TIG, or Stick).
Previous experience working in industrial mechanical or HVAC field operations.
