Window and Door Install Contractor

Marvin is seeking experienced 1099 Window and Door Install Contractors to provide year-round installation of premium residential and light commercial products. As an independent contractor partner, you'll install windows, doors, and skylights to exacting specifications, ensure jobsite safety, and deliver a high-quality customer experience. Work includes tear-out, framing adjustments, flashing, insulation, trim, and final fit/finish. You'll coordinate schedules, manage materials and tools, and follow building codes and Marvin installation standards while representing a people-first, craftsmanship-driven brand on every project.

Responsibilities

• Install Marvin windows, doors, and skylights to manufacturer standards and specifications
• Perform tear-out, framing adjustments, flashing, insulation, and trim/finish work
• Ensure jobsite safety and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Verify measurements, review plans, and coordinate with Marvin representatives or site supervisors
• Comply with local building codes and inspection requirements
• Use appropriate tools, sealants, and fasteners for durable, weather-tight installations
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and project stakeholders
• Schedule and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines and quality expectations
