Maintenance Supervisor
Walor North America is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join its Technical Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the planning, coordinating and execution of maintenance activities to maintain machines at an optimal level. The maintenance supervisor will supervise a team of maintenance technicians.
What you will do- Adherence to federal and local law regulations, internal policies and other applicable rules including ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 18001 and OSHA requirements.
- Assign, supervise and monitor work assigned to multi-craft technicians over 3 shifts
- Carry out maintenance and project work on Heavy (Forging Presses, Shot Blasting and cutting equipment), CNC and Robotic machinery.
- Managing and executing maintenance activities, new equipment installations, repairs, and returning machines to proper running condition.
- Execute, manage and improve Mechanical and Electrical predictive and preventative maintenance plans
- Manage and perform setup, retrofitting, and repairs of machines
- Manage, track and improve technician performance. Maintenance costs, and downtime metrics
- Maintain and improvem equipment documentation
- Ensure all technician and maintenance work adheres to company Quality, Environment and Safety requirements.
- Develop maintenance training plans and development opportunities for technicians
- Special job:
Forklift operation, Crane operator and Stacker operation - Special job:
Participate in improvement of the process 5S, TPM and Kaizen. Forklift operation, lifting platform operation, Crane operation and Stacker operation
- Industry Mechatronics or Equivalent experience
- 6-8 years of work experience preferred.
- Expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical knowledge, fitter/welding techniques, basic SPS programming, drive technique, and power electronics

- Location-The Maintenance Supervisor role is based onsite at our Columbus facility
- Physical Demand-May be required to lift moderately heavy automotive components up to 15 pounds
- Schedule-Monday thru Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM, some overtime or weekends may be necessary
