Commercial Plumber

We are looking for a commercial plumber!

+ direct hire position

+ pay: doe, 36-46/hr

Job minimum qualifications:

+ proven track record/references with at least 3
-5 years' plumbingexperience in construction procedures, equipment and oshaguidelines.

+ ability to read, understand and apply plumbing codes

+ ability to read, understand specifications and blueprints

+ ability to communicate and report effectively as required by customer or management.

+ ability to work both independently and as part of the team. Instructapprentices as needed.

+ ability to work in extreme weather conditions and uneven terrain

+ valid driver's license

+ must have reliable transportation

+ ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings or weekends asneeded.

+ submit to drug testing

Responsibilities:

+ install, repair and maintain plumbing systems and components; as required by building code and installation requirements.

+ review building plans and specifications

+ identify required tools and special equipment

+ identity required type and size of pipe required

+ locate and mark positions for connections and fixtures

+ install supports, hangers for pipe, fixtures and equipment

+ assemble and install valves and fittings.

+ install water equipment, piping and controls

+ install underground storm sanitary and water piping systems

+ install fixtures (sinks, tubs, toilets.)

+ install water heaters

+ testing pipe system and fixtures for stability.
