Sewer Installation Team Excavation Helper

We are seeking hard-working and reliable individuals to join our Sewer Installation Team as Excavation Helpers. This is an entry-level role with hands-on training provided. You'll assist experienced technicians with digging, trenching, and preparing job sites for sewer and water line installations and repairs. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with digging, trenching, and back filling for sewer and water line projects
- Help prepare, load, and stage tools, materials, and equipment for jobs
- Support installation and repair of water and sewer lines, laterals, and cleanouts
- Assist in locating and addressing leaks or damaged piping
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite at all times
- Follow instructions from crew leaders and work as part of a team
- Operate basic hand tools and assist with light equipment use under supervision
