Closet Factory is growing in Columbus and seeking an experienced Lead Cabinet Installer to join our team.

With more than 40 years as a nationally recognized leader in custom storage and home organization, Closet Factory designs and installs premium custom closets, garages, home offices, pantries, wall beds, entertainment centers, and more. Our Columbus team enjoys a stable year-round workload with consistent installation projects throughout the area. We manufacture all components in-house at our advanced 10,000 sq. ft. facility using the 32mm system, ensuring precision and quality from start to finish.
This role is ideal for a skilled installer who takes pride in craftsmanship, problem-solving, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

- Lead and execute cabinet and closet installations in residential homes
- Load and transport materials to job sites
- Read and interpret installation drawings and plans
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently and with high-quality craftsmanship
- Troubleshoot installation challenges on-site
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Prior cabinet installation, custom cabinetry, closet installation, finish carpentry, trim carpentry, millwork installation, or related experience required
- Strong carpentry and mechanical skills
- Experience using hand tools, drills, screw guns, miter saws, and table saws
- Ability to read elevation and installation drawings
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Professional, customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and lead projects
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background and driving record checks
- Experience with the 32mm system
- Previous crew lead or installation leadership experience
- Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs
- Ability to remain active and on your feet throughout the workday
