ARE YOU THE HVAC INSTALLATION FINISHER OUR TEAM NEEDS?

If you can meet the following requirements, we need you as our HVAC Installation Finisher!

High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
Valid driver's licenseHVAC installation experience

Ability to read installation plans/documents

Maintains and cleans the work area upon completion

Good communication skills

Fluent in English Basic computer skills (tablet/laptop use)
Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, crawl, kneel, and work at heights using PPEPreferred qualifications include HVAC trade school certification, 1+ years of related experience, and EPA certification. We're looking for a positive, team-oriented professional who values safety, builds strong relationships, and is eager to learn and grow.

WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?

This is a full-time position with potential for overtime and occasional weekend work as  this role, you'll ensure every HVAC installation meets the highest standards. You'll install key finishing components such as registers, grills, fans, and thermostats, connect and wire systems, and perform leak checks and charging. As you start up each system, you'll carefully verify performance, make necessary adjustments, and resolve minor issues to ensure optimal operation.

Working both indoors and outdoors, you'll wrap up each project by confirming everything is clean, complete, and ready to deliver lasting comfort.
