Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a full-time HVAC Systems Finishing Technician in Columbus, OH. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of the final phase of installation and ensures every system performs as designed.

Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning of Columbus has been proudly serving our customers in the Columbus, OH area for decades. We provide HVAC maintenance as well as new heating and cooling units. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, and we are experts in our industry!
WHAT ARE THE HOURS?This is a full-time position with the expectation of overtime and occasional weekend work as needed.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?As our HVAC Systems Finishing Technician, you'll complete the final stage of installation and ensure systems are fully operational. You'll also install finishing components such as registers, grills, fans, and thermostats, connect and wire systems, and perform leak checks and system charging. You'll start up equipment, verify proper system function, and make necessary adjustments to meet performance standards. You'll also address minor installation issues, maintain a clean work area, and ensure each project is completed in accordance with company and manufacturer requirements, often working in outdoor conditions.

- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- Valid driver's license
- HVAC installation experience
- Ability to read installation plans/documents
- Maintains and cleans the work area upon completion
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Basic computer skills (tablet/laptop use)
- Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, crawl, kneel, and work at heights using PPE
