Walk-in | Ac Service Technician

Role & Responsibilities

• Perform AC servicing, repair, installation and uninstallation as per customer requirements.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot AC-related technical issues.
• Handle Split, Window and Inverter AC servicing and repairs.
• Perform gas charging, leakage checks and other necessary maintenance.
• Ensure high-quality service and a smooth customer experience.
• Follow Urban Companys service standards, safety guidelines and processes.
• Maintain professionalism and communicate clearly with customers.
• Complete assigned service requests within the expected timelines.
• Maintain tools and equipment required for AC services.
• Maintain good customer ratings and service quality.

• ITI / Diploma in AC, Refrigeration, Electrical or related technical field preferred.
• Candidates with 6 months–5 years of AC servicing/repair experience preferred.
• Freshers with basic technical knowledge can also apply.
• Good knowledge of AC servicing, troubleshooting and repairs.
• Experience with Split, Window and Inverter ACs is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of electrical and refrigeration systems.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for customer service appointments.
• Should have a professional attitude and willingness to learn.
• Candidates who are self-motivated and service-oriented are preferred.
