We are currently hiring Electrical Apprentices for our Multifamily Division. • Assist licensed electricians with installing electrical systems on multifamily construction projects
• Pull wire, install boxes, conduit, devices, and lighting fixtures
• Learn to read blueprints, layouts, and job specifications
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Safely use and handle tools, equipment, and materials
• Follow all company safety standards and job site procedures
• Participate in hands‑on training and development opportunities
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the Greater Cincinnati area
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to follow directions and safety procedures
• Previous electrical or construction experience is a plus, but not required

• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work overhead throughout the day
• Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and elevated surfaces
• Ability to work in active construction environments and varying weather conditions
