- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
- Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Maintain interior and exterior common areas, ensuring safety and cleanliness
- Complete minor carpentry, painting, appliance, and general repairs
- Supervise and mentor junior maintenance staff, when applicable
- Manage inventory
- Submit maintenance records and reports
- Comply with all safety regulations and building codes
- Respond to maintenance emergencies during on-call coverage
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of residential or apartment maintenance experience required
- Skilled in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Valid driver's license required
- Technical/vocational training preferred
- Relevant certifications such as HVAC or OSHA certifications are a plus
- Availability for on-call duties 24/7, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Demonstrates expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Capable of supervising junior staff and managing maintenance records effectively.
