As a Residential HVAC Field Technician, you will serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners needing expert heating and cooling solutions. You will play a vital role in ensuring home comfort and system efficiency by diagnosing complex issues, performing precise repairs, and maintaining high-performance residential HVAC equipment.

You will play a vital role in ensuring home comfort and system efficiency by diagnosing complex issues, performing precise repairs, and maintaining high-performance residential HVAC equipment.
Responsibilities- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems to restore optimal performance.
- Execute comprehensive system start-ups and performance testing to ensure reliability and energy efficiency.
- Maintain and inspect ductwork and mechanical components to prevent future system failures.
- Communicate technical findings and repair options clearly to homeowners to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
- Manage daily service routes, including parts procurement and inventory tracking, to maximize service efficiency.
- Document all service activities, repairs, and system data accurately using digital field tools.
- Uphold a professional, clean, and safe work environment at every job site, prioritizing customer property protection.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC service.
- Active EPA certification and proficiency in soldering and brazing techniques.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Basic computer literacy for tablet-based reporting and email communication.
- Completion of an accredited HVAC trade school program.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and commitment to ongoing safety protocols.
- Experience working in diverse residential environments, including attics and crawlspaces.
