As a Roofing Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting large-scale commercial roofing projects by assisting with material handling and equipment operation. You will contribute to the structural integrity of buildings while developing specialized skills in modern roofing systems like TPO, EPDM, and PVC.

As a Roofing Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting large-scale commercial roofing projects by assisting with material handling and equipment operation. You will contribute to the structural integrity of buildings while developing specialized skills in modern roofing systems like TPO, EPDM, and PVC.
Responsibilities- Assist skilled crews with the installation and repair of commercial roofing systems to ensure project timelines are met.
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment, such as basket lifts and forklifts, to streamline site operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site to promote safety and efficiency for the entire team.
- Handle and transport construction materials, including sheet metal and roofing membranes, with care and precision.
- Collaborate with team members to execute roofing tasks, contributing to the overall quality and durability of the finished roof.
- Follow all safety protocols and site-specific instructions to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications
Required Skills- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to travel to various job sites.
- Proven ability to perform physically demanding manual labor in diverse outdoor weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new trade skills and construction techniques.
- Basic proficiency with power tools and outdoor equipment.
- Prior experience in construction, masonry, carpentry, plumbing, or similar trade industries.
- Current OSHA 10-Hour Certification.
- Hands-on experience operating heavy machinery like forklifts or aerial lifts.
- Familiarity with commercial roofing materials such as TPO, PVC, or EPDM.
