Industrial Paint Finisher

Martin Painting & Coating Co. is looking for an Industrial Paint Finisher to complete painting and finishing work on commercial and industrial projects. This role emphasizes detail painting, touch-ups, final coats, and maintaining quality throughout the project.

• Apply paint and coatings to assigned industrial surfaces.
• Complete final coats and touch-up applications.
• Inspect completed areas for coverage and finish quality.
• Perform additional preparation where necessary.
• Use brushes, rollers, and approved application equipment.
• Mask and protect surrounding surfaces.
• Maintain painting tools and equipment.
• Assist with jobsite setup and cleanup.
• Keep materials and work areas organized.
• Follow project instructions and safety requirements.
• Work safely from ladders, lifts, scaffolding, or other elevated areas when required.

• Previous industrial or commercial painting experience preferred.
• Experience with finish painting and touch-up work is helpful.
• Ability to use basic painting tools and equipment.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Physically able to perform painting and jobsite duties.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Must be clean shaven for respirator compliance.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Smartphone required for timesheets and communication.
• Availability to work at least two weekends per month.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and safety-conscious.
