Install residential heating, cooling, and ventilation systems—precisely to plan, to code, and to manufacturer specifications—for our Residential New Construction and Retail teams.

What will I actually do each week?

Lay out, fabricate, and set ductwork and fittings; confirm secure, compliant installs.

Place and connect HVAC equipment in line with company requirements and manufacturer instructions under general supervision.

Test system operation as needed and perform start-ups on A/C units when required.

Spot issues early, complete or coordinate follow-up repairs, and ensure full system functionality.

Document work clearly and completely—neatly, accurately, and on time.

Follow all safety policies and site procedures.

Pitch in with other duties as assigned to support the team.

What do I need to bring?

High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience in lieu of education).Previous HVAC installation experience and comfort reading installation plans/documents.

Effective English communication—spoken and written.

Basic computer literacy; able to use a laptop, tablet, or desktop.

Valid driver’s license.

Flexibility to work overtime with short notice; occasional weekends.

Habit of cleaning and organizing the worksite upon completion.

What helps me stand out?

HVAC trade school certification.
2+ years in residential HVAC.EPA Certification.

Where will I work?

Mostly at occupied homes and active construction sites; minimal office time.

Driving to and from job locations daily.

Exposure to equipment, heights, confined spaces, noise, dust, hazardous materials, and odors.

Indoor/outdoor settings in all weather (heat, rain, cold, wind) with proper PPE.Can I handle the physical side?

Lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly.

Frequently climb, bend at the waist, crawl, kneel, and crouch.

Comfortable at heights; climbing ladders/stairs; occasional platform/scaffold work with fall protection.

Wear required PPE: hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, masks/respirators, reflective vests, gloves, safety-toe boots.

Stand, walk, or sit for long periods.

Hear and distinguish speech/sounds to safely operate phones/equipment.

See clearly (corrected or natural) for near, far, and peripheral vision with normal depth perception.

Communicate verbally to share instructions and information.

Enter data via keyboard or 10-key on handhelds/computers.

Use arms/hands to reach overhead; signal, grasp, hold, lift, turn, push, and pull tools/materials.
