Comfort Systems USA Ohio is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician III to join our growing commercial Service team in Columbus. This is an opportunity for a highly skilled technician who enjoys troubleshooting challenging HVAC systems, working independently, and serving as a trusted resource for customers and fellow technicians.

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and start up commercial HVAC equipment including rooftop units, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, heat pumps, and associated controls.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, airflow, hydronic, and controls-related issues.
• Build strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and clear communication.
• Support and mentor other technicians by sharing technical knowledge and field expertise.
• Help keep critical commercial facilities operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.

• 7+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities across a wide range of commercial HVAC systems
• Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions in the field
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer service
• Valid driver's license
