** HVAC Service Technician III
** to join our growing commercial Service team in Columbus. This is an opportunity for a highly skilled technician who enjoys troubleshooting challenging HVAC systems, working independently, and serving as a trusted resource for customers and fellow technicians.
** What You'll Do
*** Diagnose, repair, maintain, and start up commercial HVAC equipment including rooftop units, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, heat pumps, and associated controls.
* Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, airflow, hydronic, and controls-related issues.
* Build strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and clear communication.
* Support and mentor other technicians by sharing technical knowledge and field expertise.
* Help keep critical commercial facilities operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.
** What You'll Bring
*** 7+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
* EPA Universal Certification
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities across a wide range of commercial HVAC systems
* Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions in the field
* Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer service
* Valid driver's license
