Psych Pros is currently recruiting for a full time case manager in Northern Kentucky. This position will be working with program participants who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. The position provides ongoing assessment and support to clients and helps participants utilize community resources.
Primary Duties- Maintain a caseload of 35 clients
- Regularly meet with clients either in office or in the community.
- Coordinates with participants to access the government services and non‑profit services needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Provide transportation as needed.
- Associate's degree required, bachelor's preferred.
- Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- 1 year experience working in a social service setting, preferably in case management.
