Case Manager - Alum Creek (Project Management)
We are seeking a passionate Case Manager to join our team of professionals in the Columbus area.
Responsibilities- Manage cases for assigned clients and assure that each client receives continuous active treatment in accordance with his/her IPP, case plan, or equivalent.
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with the mission and goals of the agency and correspond with agency/governing body policies, procedures, and contracts.
- Engage with clients on a consistent basis and utilize cognitive behavioral techniques in order to foster and promote healthy decision making and positive interpersonal skills.
