Transitional Age Youth Caseworker / Success Coach
The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Transitional Age Youth Caseworker / Success Coach to join our Shared Services program.
The Success Coach will work with young adults ages 18-21. This position will provide coaching, barrier reduction, and other direct services to youth. The Success Coach will collaborate with the Program Coordinator to design Orientation and find the most suitable job placements for each youth. This position will direct conflict resolution for youth, assist youth with working through training and placement conflicts.
The Transition Age Youth caseworker (TAY) provides all youth aged 14 and older in the custody with independent living services to prepare them for the transition from agency custody to self-sufficiency. The TAY team is skilled in areas such as home maintenance, budgeting, relationship/communication skills, anger management, obtaining community services, job and apartment seeking, navigating the different systems in Ohio, educational options, etc.
The caseworker visits youth as frequently as needed either in the home or out in the community.

Who you are:
- You have a bachelor’s degree.
- You have at least one year of child welfare working experience.
- You have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
