The positions are located throughout Columbus, including North, South, East, and West. Full‑time and part‑time opportunities are available, including weekends and PRN.

• DSPs teach, supervise, and direct individuals with developmental disabilities in activities of daily living.
• Assist with feeding, clothing, toileting, and other hygiene needs (similar to Home Health Aides).
• Assist in providing self‑care training in areas such as cooking, housekeeping, or hygienic practices.
• Administer medications as ordered and document each delivery.
• Transport individuals in a personal vehicle on scheduled outings and activities to promote community inclusion.
