- As a Site Supervisor, you’ll play a meaningful role in providing direct programming and support services to individuals with developmental disabilities and to supervise residential staff assigned to the individual’s home.
- Must be at least 18 years of age;
High School Diploma or equivalent;
Associate’s Degree preferred; must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and in writing. - Two years experience working with developmentally disabled individuals; supervisory experience preferred.
- First Aid, CPR – adult, child and infant; delegated nursing; valid Ohio Driver’s License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles; proof of auto insurance.
All candidates selected to undergo the pre‑employment process will be required to complete a background check, drug screen, and health screen, as applicable for the role.
