We are seeking a Training Manager for our Care Management Program in Columbus, Ohio to join our NYAP team. Compensation:
Salary range is $75,000-$80,000/yr.

• Perform all work in a manner consistent with the National Youth Advocate Program’s mission, values, and philosophies.
• Develop and maintain an assessment system for training needs for all Family Case Managers and other staff.
• Provide a method for ensuring that all staff have been provided with the necessary training hours as required by the licensing and certification entities.
• Provide a regularly scheduled orientation and training calendar.
• Maintain all the necessary documentation required by the National Youth Advocate Program.
• Develop a system for the National Youth Advocate Program continuing education program.
• Develop and coordinate the staff training curriculums and monitor their implementation.
• Develop and implement a training model for child welfare case workers and team leaders.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services field. Master’s degree in social work or counseling is preferred.
• Three years’ experience in the human services field required.
• Direct experience in child welfare is preferred.
• CORE trained preferred.
• Child welfare supervisory experience required.
• Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smartphones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Openness to some travel as needed.
