Job Description & How to Apply Below

Elevate your hospitality career: join Vista America as an elite Cabin Host. Do you have a background in five-star hospitality, luxury yachting, or premium first-class service? If so, bring your talents to private aviation as one of our elite cabin hosts, the heart of the inflight experience for ultra-high-net-worth clientele aboard our luxury private aircraft. Think of it as creating a personalized “home away from home” at 40,000feet—where every detail matters and every guest feels genuinely cared for.

What

you’ll do

Plan and execute every flight with thoughtful precision. Curate the cabin atmosphere, handle fine dining service, and deliver an unparalleled experience that our customers have come to trust and love. Work across multiple flights per day, staying on your feet, focused, and gracious under pressure. No two days look the same, making this role exciting and dynamic.

Qualifications & practical requirements

To succeed in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times—non-negotiable with VVIP clientele.
  • Exhibit a consistently polished demeanor, respectful communication, and a strong commitment to representing Vista America’s values.
  • Have the physical stamina to remain on your feet for extended periods while managing multiple tasks without losing focus.
  • Be willing to work a schedule of 15 days on and 13 days off.
  • Comfortably handle, prepare, and serve a variety of food items—including fish, shellfish, wheat, soy, milk, tree nuts, and peanuts.
  • Be able to work in environments where exposure to animals or smoking may occasionally occur.
  • Possess the legal right to live and work in the United States, with unrestricted ability to travel in and out of the country.
Career path

As a cabin host, you gain a foundation for a long and rewarding career. Advancement opportunities may include:

  • Mentor – guiding and supporting new cabin hosts as they onboard and adapt.
  • Line Trainer – delivering hands‑on training and sharing inflight best practices.
  • Quality Ambassador – championing service standards and operational excellence.
  • Cabin Operations Manager – leading and supporting a team of cabin professionals.
  • Head of Cabin – overseeing the cabin function at a strategic level.
