• Tuesday & Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Assist individuals with daily living and personal care
• Administer medications according to care plans
• Support independence and community involvement
• Provide transportation to appointments and activities
• Complete documentation accurately and on time

• Active Ohio DODD DSP Certification
• Current Medication Administration Certification
• Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance
• First Aid & CPR Certification
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Social Security Card
• Ability to pass background check and drug test
• No prior experience? No problem—if you have the certifications and heart for the work, we want you!

• $18/hour starting pay
