From organizing games and crafts to planning field trips and holiday celebrations, you'll play a key role in making every day exciting and meaningful. You'll also assist the Activities Director in implementing programs that cater to the needs and interests of guests.

• Plan and implement engaging activities tailored to guests' interests and abilities.
• Assist guests in getting to and from activities and scheduled outings.
• Build relationships with guests and their families, encouraging participation and engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and participation in activities.
• Support guests by honoring their individual preferences, routines, and needs.

• A high school diploma (or an acceptable exemption).
• A passion for creating meaningful experiences for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
