As an Assistant Master Model Builder, you ll host experiences, lead high-energy interactions, and inspire guests of all ages to play, create, and imagine.

Qualifications & ExperienceWhat You ll Be Doing (AKA Your Time to Shine)
- Be the face of the experience – engage guests, spark conversations, and create memorable moments
- Lead interactive build sessions full of energy, creativity, and fun
- Bring the hype – think birthday party host, camp counselor, or improv performer
- Get camera-ready for social media, events, and special appearances
- Create jaw-dropping LEGO builds that inspire guests to try it themselves
- Connect with everyone – from toddlers to adult LEGO superfans
