ResponsibilitiesProvides housing focused case management support to program participants. Operates with a Housing First philosophy; utilizing Harm Reduction, Progressive Engagement and Trauma-Informed Care methodologies of client engagement and care recognizing that all services are client driven. Lead Case Manager will work closely with the Program Director to provide support and guidance to the case management team. Will work closely with community service organizations in meeting the housing needs of clients.

Rate: $46,000 to $62,000 based on education, experience, and program. Full Time - 40 hours/week. The YMCA of Central Ohio is seeking enthusiastic and passionate candidates for our Rapid ReHousing Program (RRH). We are seeking a lead case manager who is dedicated to working with homeless individuals providing assistance, advocacy, and support to them as they move quickly into housing and provide client-driven services to assist in maintaining housing.
Lead Case Manager will work closely with the Program Director to provide support and guidance to the case management team. Will work closely with community service organizations in meeting the housing needs of clients. A successful candidate will have a passion for serving the homeless community; embrace a housing first service model, utilizing harm reduction, progressive engagement, and trauma-informed care methodologies in client engagement.
Must function well in a team environment; be dedicated to high-quality, low-barrier services, and thrive in an exciting and ever-changing environment.
